Coin Mood Index provides a free, real-time crypto fear and greed index, historical sentiment data, multi-asset sentiment scores, a public API, an embeddable widget, and a fear & greed heatmap calendar. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

NOTHING ON THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

The fear and greed index, sentiment scores, charts, and all other content published on Coin Mood Index are provided solely for informational and educational purposes. They do not take into account your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or any other personal circumstances.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. Past index readings are not indicative of future market performance. You may lose some or all of your capital.   • Use the Service to create a competing product that does not add original value.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent any security features of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. API Terms

We offer a free public API (the "API") at api.coinmoodindex.com. By using the API, you additionally agree to the following:

  • Rate limits — The API is rate-limited to 10 requests per minute per IP address. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.
  • Attribution — When displaying data obtained from the API, you must credit "Coin Mood Index" with a link to coinmoodindex.com.
  • No resale — You may not sell or sublicense raw API data to third parties.
  • No guarantees — The API is provided without warranty of uptime, accuracy, or completeness. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the API at any time without notice.

7. Embeddable Widget

You may embed the Coin Mood Index widget on your website or application free of charge, provided you do not modify the widget's code or remove attribution. We reserve the right to update the widget's appearance or discontinue it at any time.

All content, design, graphics, code, trademarks, and data on the Website are the intellectual property of Coin Mood Index or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
